ABOUT US

We are a licensed and insured general contractor, based in Sandpoint and operating in Bonner, Boundary, and Kootenai counties. Owner and operator Jacob Bult is also a licensed real estate broker with Evergreen Realty, and currently owns and manages a mix of over a dozen residential, commercial, and vacation rentals.
